I am trying to play yahoo pool, but when I get as far as the pool room the message cannot authenicate user ID?

I am signed in, but the message appears, cannot identify user ID, This is also happening to another friend, I play yahoo pool with. How can this be fixed?

i have seen this question on here numerous times today,so you are not the only one having problems perhaps there is a glitch at yahoo games today
