My friend got eggs at her cousins pond.She said they were frogs ,but I think they are fish.They are black 1 cm long and they have teeny tiny fins.

If the fins actually look like little arms then they probably are tadpoles. Another idea would be to search on the internet for wildlife native to your cousins state/area.

They could be what we called dunny dunkers. They have a skinny black body and what looks like two arms coming off each side to propel them through the water.

sound like frog eggs/tadpoles to me. as most fresh water fish, i believe are born live, altho i could be mistaken.

if they are black 1cm long,look lik a fish in egg then they are 100% fish as fishs are born as larvae while in the eggs.
