I'm not 'on a diet', i'm improving my diet. But I've lost about 4 kilos over the last 6 months. It sounds slow I know, but I'm not that overweight, and I'm short too. Good luck!
I just eat lots of vegies during dinner and lunch, and lessen up on the starchy/carb stuff like pasta, bread and rice. I still eat them though.

I have been on a diet for a few months, but I have not lost as much as I would like, but then I have been getting more muscle mass because of the work out I have been doing.

I was on a diet and was going to a gym as well and now, because we've been away and because of easter etc., I went off it for awhile and can't seem to get back into again. It is very difficult to stay on a diet and I never lost much because I was only doing it for a few weeks.

i sure am! i weigh a whole whopping 1,069 pounds! um freaking huge! im on the Dickolas diet, and its basically the exact same thing as it sounds like! its working for me so far! i lost a whole .0069 pounds in a month! YEAH ME! =]
