How would you know you existed if there was no light to sculpt your form?

Or if there was no material to give you substance?

I suppose it's because in the grand scheme of things and eternity we really are small. It's like being ants and surrounded by humans but bigger. I think you would know that you existed because...well, it's like "I think, therefore I am". I really don't know how to explain it better at this moment but hopefully you get the idea. By the way, I think this is a good question, thanks.

This question does not belong here ! Post it in Philosophy.I only feel 'small' when i see the grandeur of nature. Tall mountains, breathtaking sunsets.........the wild sea :)
