Stomach bloating?? Could be a sign of many things, over-eating, pre- or post- menastration, not getting enough fiber, digestional problems, or something known as IBS.
First of all, yes, you could try Activa (a yogurt) to start to see if that regulates your body. But it doesn't work for everyone (didn't work for me).
If you are over-eating or it has to do with your menstral cycle, try some Midol or Pepto-bis-mol.
Still not working? Try taking in more fiber daily. It helps regulate your body by keeping it constant.
But lately there's been studies that indicate that ppl who are between the ages of 18-thru early forties and female and have these probs maybe suffering from IBS (Irratiable Bowel Syndrome). In my case, that is what I was suffering from, and nothing can help you unless you see your doctor and he/she can prescibe a medicane that can help with it.
IBS comes from family history, stress, depression. All things can play a factor in it. Symptoms include: bloating, fatigue, dirrehea, constipation, nasuea, severe pain in your stomach, just to name a few. And the symptoms progess and last for more than two weeks and are on-going.
There is no cure for IBS, but your doctor can help. He can prescibe something like Levison, or Librax. In some, more severe cases he can prescribe an anti-depressant which actually works for some reason- trust me I am on one and it really helps.... (And no I'm not physciatic and no one is saying you are if this what helps you....LOL... but sometimes you have to do what you have to do in order to get relief.)
Anyways, hope this helps you out bit.

A lot of companies have started selling biotic yogurts that are supposed too over the length of about two weeks calm a bloated stomach, but with women you can get a bloated stomach due to your menstruation cycle and I know coming from a male this might not be seen as far but you might just have to grin and bare it sometimes. The Activia once a day drinks are supposed to work along the same lines as the yogurts aswell.

It sounds like you have tried everything you can. I would suggest you see a doctor to get a prescription medication. I'm sure a doctor can help you find out the problem. Visit your family doctor and hopefully he will refer you to a Gastroenterologist.

Juice of half a lemon in a glass of water, add sugar if wanted. It balances the pH of your stomach, will help bring up wind and relieves discomfort. It really helps...try it now and get back to me!
