I would say, probably nothing at all. Your stomach is upset for some reason, and if you keep trying to eat or drink something, just might be irritating it even more. Get a heating pad, and lay still with it on your tummy. Medicine wise, probably just good ole Pepto-Bismol, or Mylanta...one of those remedys. Hope you feel better soon.

Chew a piece of ginger - preserved stuff should do the job. Otherwise chop up a piece and pour boiling water over it and add some honey. Ginger is the fastest stomach settler grown.

1. Ginger tea helps
2. crackers eaten slowly and not very many to start with
3. and yes sometimes making yourself throw up helps
but I wouldn't advise doing this unless you've tried
everything else possible and still feeling nausea.

plain vitawheats!!!!!!!!!!! and MAYBE some flat lemonade, but lemonade more for dehydration & vomiting, could help tho, if you have it lying around. Hope u feelin better soon..And a wet flannel on the forehead/over the eyes (while lying down...not making lunches) will do the most for you.
