Depend on what you are using, if you run Media Center 2005, Hauppauge range is the best, otherwise no, as their own software sucks bad.
If you run XP or 2000, head towards http://www.team-mediaportal.com/
These guys creates software for DVB cards thats almost media center like, and its free, I have tried many many DVB cards on the market, sadly if the card is good, the software sucks. with the exception of Nebula, but these are mostly UK based, so unless you in UK, not much choice.
Avoid Terratec Cinergy range, the card sucks and the software suck, the cost a lot more but the product is rubbish, crashes at random and no decent support, with replies such as 'Sorry, we dont have a clue why you dont have the mouse cursor while using the TV software, this happens to a lot of customers, but we dont have a clue how to fix it."
Hope the info is useful to you.
