Yankee's line-up is full of all stars right? But still they haven't made that much to impress the sport of baseball...again...I mean don't get me wrong A-Rod is playing B-A-S-E-B-A-L-L ladies and gents. Look I still have faith for my yanks I just want to know what will be the turn out when THE Rocket comes back to the New York Yankee's.

The Yankees will be fine. Clemens will sell tickets all over the league and he should help the team. All the Yankee detractors are having a field day this morning putting him down and complaining about the money. Specially Red Sox fans. They're pissed because Roger wanted nothing to do with them. Just when you think Red Sox fans can't sink any lower, they always manage to find another hole to crawl into.

Yankees will win it all and the Red Sox and their fans can watch the playoffs from their living rooms............again!!!

Well, as you may know the pitching staff is sucking it up right now and looking more and more like the Cards everyday. Now once Clemens gets there things should start to change. The Yanks also signed Carl Pavano but he is on the DL for about another month or so. Last season Clemes when 7-6 with a 2.30 era and the only reason his W-L was so low was because the Astros gave him NO run support. The difference is the Yanks have run support coming out the *** so when he and Pavano get there and are healthy you can see a new Yankee team and his win total could shoot up to 12 wins even. Also, because the Red Sox are the only team in that division over .500 right now I think its a safe bet that you will see a year like the NL West had last year and the year before. Don't count the Yanks out yet, they still have run production and with the addition of Clemens and Pavano things should change in the pitching staff and make for a better team.

I felt strange and comfortable all on an identical time putting Clemens on the mound - i did not anticipate a Don Larsens perfect interest or a 9 inning one hit ball shout out yet I anticipated him to be dominate. This season he has had some very dominate starts and a few very undesirable. I additionally theory hazard. What if Clemens provides up a handfull of runs purely like fellow oldie 3 hundred interest winner Tom Glavine did to the Mets? His day out became shaky and undesirable. i wish he doesnt try this to us if we make it to the ALCS. yet then returned..He became injured. I additionally theory that a veteran in the playoffs could be conscious of what he became doing and have a stable universal initiate. not so rapid - he leaves the interest in the third or 4th and the Yankees herald Phillip Hughes who became a angel to them - a 21 365 days old angel that is! 8-4 the suitable, and the 1st time I easily have felt stable in the Yankees playoffs in 3 years!

It will take Clemens 3-4 weeks to prepare for the season and should join the Yanks around mid June. The team must continue to play around .500 ball or better until then. The Yankees signed him as much for his presence and his ability to help other pitchers on his team as they did for his quality of pitches. He will be a positive influence in the clubhouse and, let's face it, is possibly the best pitcher available without having to give up a prospect or an established player. He most likely WILL help the team win more games and most definetly give them added confidence and team spirit. Look for them to turn it around now that they've announced his return!

If you listen to the king of drama, self-love, and self-adulation, Clemens himself, you'd think the Yankees are going to win the World Series because HE is pitching for them. Now, to show you how great of a TEAM player he is, consider this: No spring training, 28 million salary for half a season, reports to play when he wants to, does not travel with the team for away games, bumbles through interviews contradicting himself over and over again. He represents what is the worst in a human being and serves as a pathetic model for our youth. Oops, sorry, I forgot Roger doesn't care a lick for the kids. He it too busy loving himself.

Chow!!

Warren 15 saved me a lot of writing. And stubop hit the nail on the head about "no loyalty" in baseball any more. I'm wondering if Houston will be compensated. It would be a Yankee "trick" play to hire a guy who "retired" so they wouldn't have to give up a good player.

If he can get back in his rhythm, then the Yankees should be able to make the play-offs pretty easily...especially if Mike Mussina gets healthy soon. If in the playoffs with a fully healthy bull-pen, then the Yankees will win the Series yet again.

Hopefully only good will come of it. I like Clemens on the Yankees and was upset when he went to the Astros. I hope this year will be a great one!
