Skiathos to Athens boat trip?

I am going to the Champions Leauge final in Athens later this month but i am staying in Skiathos. I need as much information as possible on the boat trips that run to Athens.

I think you have to drive or take a bus to Ag. Konstantinos or Volos (3-4 hours drive) and from there you take the ferry to Skiathos).
