I have an Intel Pentium III and want to overlcock it but cannot see any obvious jumpers on the motherboard. I want to overclock it but the bios is absolutely rubbish and I can't do it through that. Thanks.

You can't overclock by just increasing voltage. Virtually all OEM computers come with crippled BIOS's that essentially don't allow one to overclock. (besides old Pentium III's don't overclock well either). In other words, you're not going to be able to overclock that system...short of buying another motherboard for it.

Try modifying the CPU bus frequency of your computer through the BIOS. You don't want to use jumpers for the safety of your motherboard. Anyways, make sure your power supply can have at least 400W drawn since a 300W won't be enough for the job. Keep an eye on the CPUs temperature (no more than 70°C).

Overclocking is done by increasing fsb. Voltage is increased ONLY if instability is encountered. It is easier done with enthusiast boards with a lot of tweaking options. It looks like it can not be done on your motherboard.
