macs do you rule, you can run windows and vista on new macs and play pc games on macs

As others have stated depends what you want to do and if a particular piece of software is only available on one platform then you really have no choice.
If you are a serious game player then Windows is the only way to go for the time being , though it appears that will change as more developers cross over to Linux.
Linux is what I use myself , so I have a preference for it - it is stable , secure , free , and has never crashed on me.
I use mine mostly for web browsing , email , downloading , web development and programming , and music and video playback , and Midi. So this O/S does everything I need.

macs are better because they cant freeze! theres been regular testing by apple co and what ever they set upon it deals with it there has been only 4 freezes ever in the history of apple but they were destroyed straight away
oh and you can even run two operating systems on new macs and when u start up the computer you can choose which OS to use

You mean Windows or Linux, since Linux runs on PCs.
Everyone has their own opinons and I don't think Yahoo! Answers is the place to begin an OS war.
Since you have already made your opinion clear, I don't think there is really any need for anyone else to express theirs.

It really does depend on what you're using your computer for as to which OS is best. All three have strengths and weaknesses. I think that you have to experiment with different OS and make your own mind up ignoring all the hype from Apple and Microsoft.

if you are not playing games much , Mac is good , games and programs PC , for programming and internet Linux.
