I'm enjoying Heroes very much right now (along with Lost and Prison Break). The BEST tv show of all time, though? I'm guessing "I Love Lucy" or "The Andy Griffith Show". So many sitcoms today just keep remaking the same stories from these shows over and over again. There is very little originality in more modern sitcoms. The only recent exception would have been the British version of "Coupling". That was very good. The original Twilight Zone still holds up very well too.

M A S H was the greatest tv show of all time.
Top shows today (my list anyway) would be Little Britain, Chasers War, Thank God You're Here and Scrubs. They're all well written, highly entertaining and very original.
