can anyone tell me the cons/limiatations of Market oreintation plz?

i have a ist of all that is good about the topic however nothing bad to present a balance arguement

I assume wrt Government institutions ? (eg. Education, NHS etc).

Large numbers of useless 'managers' and 'consultants' would loose their 'non-jobs'.

Employee benefits would be reduced to the 'industry norm' (so reduced Holidays, reduced sick leave, and increased contributions into a non-guaranteed Pension)

Some locations would be closed down - either due to inefficiency leading to an inability to compete or just insufficient local market demand.

Resources would be channelled into areas of most demand (rather than areas of 'Political Correctness')
