Yes, they should. I think a UN watchdog group and Amnesty International already does a lot of those groupings. I think the winning nations should get UN sanctions for abuse against women, discrimination on race, disabilities. For the most obese country, they should get cut-rate discounts for chains of fitness centers and also a rate hike in medical insurance coverage. As for worst health care, they should get a blueprint model of the country who has the best healthcare system so that country could copy it.

I'm not sure but I think a loser like yourself should be given a free plane ticket to some third world country then maybe you will appreciate what you have rather then what you don't have.
