The answer is yes!
Look at Nazi Germany when the people helped the Jews escape. Look at those who helped the slaves into Canada, and look at the people who try and stop someone from aborting their baby. The government has power to convict anyone of anything at anytime.

No and not only would they fail to convict me, I would be able to sue for false arrest. I was recently described as being a "mean, selfish, heartless, self-centerd SOB". I have a witnees, my ex-wife, who would testify to that under oath.
