Everyone always says its the best for your baby my opinion NO its damm sore i breastfed for one week and my nipples started to bleed no one evertold me that a baby is a mini tornado sucking the crap out of your nipples. Its your choice however there is nothing wrong with my kids that was bottle fed (then there is the food that you cant eat as some food stuffs you eat can give the baby cramps so if you love your chocolate dont breast feed)

It's a personal decision. Not one another person should make for you. After educating yourself about why it's important you can try it, if it's not for you then you can stop. But it can be very rewarding for you and your baby. There are a lot of breastfeeding support groups out there as well that you might want to look into. Don't feel guilty if it doesn't work out for you though.

Mothers milk has a million advangates - to name a few

- induces immunity
- Easily digestable
- Gives no chance to constipation
- babies love it, builds a storng bond (mum - kid)
- faster growth
- substitute food can be deffered (which is healthy)

there are a million more reasons. Make use what nature has gifted u.

yes... if you're the mom, it's better for the baby in so many ways. breast feeding is directly linked to "gifted" children, and they grow much better too.

it is a totally personal choice but there are alot of benifits to breastfeeding, not only for your baby but you also, ie it reduces your risk of breast cancer. good luck

Yes, It is the most healthy for the baby.
You don't have to mess with bottles and formula

If it is diffficult then bottle feed
