With all the talk and nonsensical suits bieng filed anymore, it is absollutely astounding that a Judge would try to bilk some Korean immigrants for 65M over a pair of pants lost then found and was offer the pants AND 12K and is still suing. Any thoughts on this or am I just blinded in obscurity on this one?

No you aren't the only one. I think it is an asinine law suit and the judge should have to pay the cleaners for the hell he is putting them through!

If Gilbert & Sullivan were alive today they would probably do a spoof on the American judicial system. That anyone can even take his case seriously is one of the wonders of the world. It would make more sense if his straitjacket was lost at the laundry. Or maybe his brains are in his behind and its sore from sitting on the bench too long without his pants. I hope that this has been a help to you.

I agree with some of the previous people who have replied, that the judge should be disbarred. unfortunately, this wont happen. i hope he is an elected judge and not an appointed one and this is his last term in office and that he doesnt win so thereby incurrs a finacial hardship for the rest of his life 65M give me a break! This (forgive my politic rant) is another example of the liberal victims portrayed endlessly in the media. Oh that poor Judge he didnt get to wear his LUCKY pants for his first day. I hope he is stygmatized for the rest of his life the @**@

i am trying to find a nice way to respond to this question, but i can't so here goes. #1 most judges condemn libel suits, 2 who does he think he is, over a pair of pants???????? 3 give me a break some people have been hurt a lot more than he has, they drop them cases. a judge will sit up there and snap his gravel and say"claim denied." think about all the judges that have been disbarred because of bribe taking? i don't trust judges, lawyers, and police.

I heard they actually found his lost pants. And the judge got his pants back at the end from what I read in that article few days ago. I read they're setting up donation fund for legal fees for them. This judge must really hate these people for whatever reason.

i think of if any persons undemanding human beings tried to sue a dry cleanser business employer for loosing a pair of trousers we would be laughed out of court docket . The presiding decide might propose the dry cleanser pay for a sparkling pair of pants, yet i'm helpful it relatively is as far as a regulation tournament like this could circulate. This decide desires to get a actuality examine on existence & in step with probability some physicatritic help for himself, as though it is how he bargains with the lack of ability of a pair of pants I doubt he's able to coping with extra extreme cases from the bench. human beings's lives relies upon on his judgements, so i could propose that he step down from his positioned up for a whole wellbeing care expert's evaulation as quickly as conceivable. stable-nighttime One & All>>>>REBELCAT:****

The judge is black and the blacks don't like Koreans! The pants were not found they tried to make everyone believe they were! Since he's a judge he must know how far he can push this! I've had so many things lost by the cleaners,I don't blame him one bit for this, how hard can it be to clean some pants and return them to their owner?

This is a testament to the ridiculous way people think nowadays - it's always someones fault - somebody has to PAY for my "pain and suffering" or in this case...minor inconvenience!
