I'm looking for a graph/table that compares the intensity of light (and/or UV if possible) throughout the day (or at least from about 10am to 6pm). Also if there is a local one to Queensland, Australia that would be even better, but otherwise something near the equator would probably be the closest.

You can approximate the light intensity by
I = 0, 6pm < t < 6am
I = 2651sin(15(t - 6))cos(L - 23.5sin(360(Τ -172.5)/365) watts/m^2

where t is true time of day in hours
L is your latitude, and
T is the day of the year

This does not take into account the attenuation due to thicker atmosphere at times other than true noon.
