Does Anyone Know How The Character Jazz Was Introduced To Will???

Remember when Will First came there and he took Ashely to the pawn shop and got her a set of drums??? He was the instructor- that was the first time we have seen him on that show. I don't recall them saying anything about Will knowing him from Philly- but that may be right.

The main story is he is his best friends but there is a confliction because Jazz shows up in the begining credits that supposedly take oplace in philly.

No but they had be good friend either after or prior to the show? Jazz was all in Will's music videos and everything, so you know they were cool.
