Which countries cell-phones have free(or very cheap) roaming in the UAE?

I was curious to know which countries have sim-card and calling plans which include free roaming to the UAE.

I believe no mobile service providers from any part of the world will be facilitated the free roaming service. Definitely they will charge.

roaming is never free, infact it is a luxury and u pay for luxury. I believe that pakistani gsm provider mobilink has decent roaming and int'l calling rates to U.A.E. If you dont want to spend a lot of money, forget roaming.
