does ranchi university really conduct matric exam? as per my knoweldge only boards are conducting these exams not universities.

Class 10 exam is conducted by the board. It may be by Jharkhand school examination board, or CBSE board or ICSE. Search these sites, but make sure where the examination was held and by which board.
