Have you ever noticed that you can 'feel' like someone is watching you.
How does this work?
How can a human mind actually know when someone is watching you when you can't even see them!

Inquisitive is dead on. Most people don't use it enuff. some people think that being aware that someone is watching you is the work of the devil. Some people use this instinct to justify their paranoia. Some people like to use it to tell if they are being observed by other species, and various animals, like deer and hawks. It's real fun if it's running right.

I've often wondered this too. Doesn't atmosphere changes effect such? Such as i'm in a room watching television and I could feel someone behind me stand up and move even though I cannot hear or see them.

Instinct, and our sixth sense that we do not employ and exercise enough. Many have a stronger sixth sense than others, but only because the identify it, listen to it, pay attention to the doubts and red flags our sixth sense can give us. It can also be used to recognize pure goodness, kindness, and another soul that is like ours.

two things... paranoia and proximity gift.
paranoia is what you get when you did something wrong in the past and you are afraid someone will get back at you.
proximity gift is when you are in a crowded place and you instantly turn your head without any thought and suddenly you saw a person looking at you... directly or turns away at the instant you saw her... which could turn out to be a beautiful girl... ;-)

Of cos, a population of 5 million Singaporeans are watching me.
Yes I notice all the times.
How does this work? I recommend u to the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs because they, the one, are watching me and they use their power to ask people to watch over me 2. hahaha....

It's that psychic thing...the sixth sense.
We all have it. It's kind of freaky sometimes to get that feeling and find someone eyeballing you.
