I loved "The Perfect Storm". I loved the character development of the women on the dock and how they'd come to accept their partners need for fishing.
I loved the way George Clooney's character described the region when he'd leave for a trip and I loved the excitement of the building storm and the men's fight for survival.
This movie gives me happiness, and great sorrow each time I watch and that's what I look for in a film.

The Perfect Storm was a good movie because of the fact that every bit of it is predicted to come true in the future at one time or another ... but, my one complaint is the movie made it seem like it would hit all at once .... The producers packed a big story into a 2 Hr movie which made it seem unrealistic ... I think it would have made a better mini-series myself ... but still its a great movie : ) You got good taste : ) Later

I wouldn't say I love it, but I did enjoy it. I think some people were expecting too much from this movie, not realising it was based on true events.

I thought it was a very good film, but it was nerve-wracking to watch because it was so realistic. It was so sad, too.

i prefer the documentary with the actual footage of the storm taken from a boat that was in it.........i mean you know the morons are gonna die so whats the point?
