when my hiring manager asks me why i think i should be hired for starbucks, what should i say?

Something to the affect of I'm a hard worker, I'm willing to work hard to further the company, I think I would be an asset.

Say you would be a valuable asset to starbucks because you enjoy everything about coffee including making it and you're good with people and you're very friendly and drink starbucks coffee often (assuming you do all those things)

Do some research on different coffees and show him you understand it and are professional about it.
find out what countries make coffee and who are thought of as the more superior coffee makers.
When you can talk confidently for a good five minutes, you'll have a five minute advantage on your competition.
