sorry, you will just have to buy another foundation for the summer. I tend to stop using it during the summer months and let my skin get a glow, just apply a little bronzer instead xx

You can mix in a bit of loose powder with the foundation. You can also sweep on a darker shade of pressed powder with a kubuki brush in 1-2 shades darker. Don;t go any darker than that to avoid a ring or mask around your face. I like Urban Apothecary Supernatural Mineral Powder. They have a great range of shades- plus it's great for you skin too.

When I buy foundations, I always think of the ones I have at home. Then I buy either a shade darker or lighter. When you get darker, you mix more of the darker than the lighter, and vice versa. That way, you can fit your skin's needs.

In my kit I always have a darker pigmented foundation with a neutral base so that I can tailor foundation colour to suit any skin tone. If you are careful then you can add a touch of bronzer to it to darken it - but watch it doesn't go streaky or orange.

try getting some bronzer, in the form of powder, so you can apply over your face under any blusher and over your foundation.
this way u will get the coverage of the foundation, giving a nice smooth base coat. but a lovely glow of bronze tan over the top which will lightly match your skin tone!! perfect! :] xx

go to some beauty counters (to be ethical, ask the ones where you already have bought their products!) & ask for small smaples of their foundations which are dark (first look at the colours first).
then mix it with your foundation a little at a time, it should last a while.
otherise, you'll have to buy a darker shade for the summer.

nope it looks like you'll have to jus fork out the cash for another darker foundation im afraid!
alternatively you could just buy a cheap pressed powder like this one (i use it it gives nice colour and isnt too orange ... idont think)

its only £3.29 and then you can make your skin darker without having to pay for a new foundation
hope this helps! x

best way to change foundation colour is to mix them you might need to mix a few times to get the right shade. If your foundation shade changes on its own it has gone off so throw it away.
