the very very first homemade mask that i've tried(and was recommended by my mom), was egg white. i apply the egg white all over my face to tighten my pores (i have oily skin) and it is great for face lifting. egg yolk is great for curing dry skin.
other than that i've tried, honey, tomato, and papaya.
if you have any other interesting remedy to share will sure be helpful for all of us!
Thanks!

hi try this
1;Chocolate Facial
1/2
cup cocoa powder
4
tablespoons heavy cream
3
teaspoons cottage cheese
3
teaspoons ripe avocados
1/4
cup honey
3
tablespoons oatmeal, powder
1. In a bowl, mix ingredients together.
2. Apply to face.
3. Leave on face for ten minutes.
4. When taking off the facial, try patting the face with a warm washcloth to dampen before removing.
5.. Apply moisturizer.
2;Banana Moon Facial Mask- recipe
Simple Solution:
INGREDIENTS
1 banana, just ripe
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon wheat germ oil
1 tablespoon finely powdered oats
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, if mask will not be used immediately)
1 drop each rose and Melissa essential oils (optional)
1. Peel and mash banana. Add honey, egg yolk, wheat germ oil, oats, and lemon juice, if used, and mash further to form a smooth, creamy paste.
2. If mask is too thick, add a bit of distilled water, and stir until smooth.
3. Add essential oils last, and stir to mix well.
4. To use, apply to clean face and neck, avoiding eye and mouth areas. Rest for 10 minutes, or longer if your skin is very dry. Rinse with warm water, and follow with toner and moisturizer, if desired. Use mask within a few hours of making.
3;Refreshing Fruit Facials
Facial Mask with banana, honey.
1 ripe ripe Banana
1 T Honey
1/2 teaspoon Jojoba oil
1 T Yogurt
1 egg white
1 T Kaolin (white) clay
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg white, then blend in the Yogurt, Jojoba oil, Honey and then the Kaolin clay until it becomes a smooth creamy mixture. In a separate bowl, mash up the banana until it is smooth, then blend into the first mixture.
The best way to use this masque is while sitting in the tub because it is a bit messy. Apply to the entire face, neck and shoulder area. As it sits, keep applying more while you build the masque up as well as massage it in. Let sit for at least 10-15 minutes and then remove with a warm washcloth. Finish with a tonic or hydrosol on a cotton ball to remove any excess product from the skin, then moisturize as usual.
This is a wonderful softening and firming treatment
3;APPLE MASK FOR NORMAL SKIN
1 Apple, cored & quartered
2 T Honey
Drop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop. Add honey and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse.
4;STRAWBERRY DRAWING MASK
1/2 c Strawberries, very ripe
1/4 c Cornstarch
Mix strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste and apply it to your face, avoiding the delicate area around your eyes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.
5;BLEMISHED SKIN MASK
1 Tomato, ripe, chopped
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 T Instant style oatmeal or old-fashioned rolled oats
Blend everything until just combined. Apply to skin, making sure the mixture is thick enough to stay on blemished areas: cheeks, forehead, or chin. If necessary, add a bit more oatmeal to thicken the mask. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then scrub it off with a clean washcloth dipped in warm water
6;Orange Mask
For this you need half a cup oatmeal, juice of half an orange, glycerine and a little egg white to make a paste.
Beat the egg white and then add the oatmeal and juice to it.The glycerine is to moisturise the skin. The egg white gets rid of wrinkles and the orange is just to feed the skin. With this mask, open pores and greasy complexions are miraculously rejuvenated.Normal skins can also be treated with these masks.
7;Cucumber and Honey as Toner.
1 medium Cucumber, peeled and cut up into pieces
2 tsp. Honey
Puree cucumber in a blender. Line a sieve with cheesecloth and set the sieve over a glass bowl or measuring cup. Pour the cucumber puree through the sieve and let it stand for 15 minutes for the juices to drip into the bowl. Pour the clear juice into a clean bottle and add honey.
To use, shake the bottle and saturate a cotton pad with the lotion. Sweep over face, neck and chest morning and night, and let it air dry (about 3 to 4 minutes). Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 1/2 cup.
i guess these are enough for the day .
i had also tried tomato, egg white and honey one

This is the most amazing honey facial mask recipe! It works incredibly well :P
http://tinyurl.com/mdutd5a
Raw honey works wonders because not only is it natural, but it has anti-bacterial properties that works just as good and probably better than any lab-made cream in the market. I Highly recommend honey facial masks.

For the Face: Plain yogurt makes a good, soothing mask. You can add some ground oatmeal for a little extra exfoliation and honey for a little moisture.
Add a bit of water to 2-3 tblsp. of baking soda to make a paste & use it as face scrub. Use gentle pressure.
Or you can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask.
Or use one of these variations to make a cleanser or mask:
Milk of Magnesia - apply in thin layer where needed & allow to dry 5-10 mins. Will absorb oil & tighten pores.
Mixture: 6 crushed aspirins, mixed with the liquid facial cleanser at hand (I usually use either cetaphil or tersaseptic), and 1-2 drops of tea tree oil.
Mix half a teaspoon of crushed tablets with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask and aloe vera gel.
Held 6 aspirin in palm, and slowly dripp water onto them until they fizzled and dissolved! Once dissolved, add 2-3 drops of honey into it and mixed it around with my finger. Apply to face. Keep it on 15-20 mins.
Mix 6 aspirin tablets with a little aloe to make a mask.
Use about 6 uncoated tablets, witch hazel, tee trea oil, and aloe to make a thin paste.
For toner:
8 ounce bottle of distilled water add four uncoated aspirin
or
mix of 1/2 water, 1/2 witch hazel, 15 aspirin, and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil
For hair: Make a deep conditioning mask of 1/2 of a mashed avocado or 1 medium banana. Apply to hair & leave in for 10-15 mins. Rinse thoroughly w/ cool water.
For yellow nails: soak your nails in a bit of water w/ a denture cleaning tablet or swipe them w/ a cotton swab dipped in hydrogen peroxide.
You can use olive oil or vitamin E oil to moisturize your nails & cuticles.
You can make a paste of white sugar or Epsom salts mixed with olive oil to make a body scrub.
Cooling foot bath: Steep tea bags (regular or green tea) for 10 mins. Add lots of water & soak your feet for 10 mins. Apply body scrub & rinse to remove dead flaky skin.

Bananna and honey, plain flavored yogurt, and sugar and honey. CAUTION! Rinse your face well after the sugar mask, or it will create pimples.

Smashed banana and sugar scrub. My girlfriend is a model and she uses this before photo shoots. It exfoliates and leaves your skin dewy and smooth.
