I hear lots of people complain about subcultures, like goths or emos, or about ideologies like white supremacy or fascism, or religions like scientology or jehovah's witnesses, or just behavior, like aggression or stubborness.
What is it about people, or what kind of people, do you personally not understand?

A person who understands the bible can easily understand Jehovah's Witnesses. These Christians simply 'expound the way of God more correctly'.

(Acts 18:24-28) Apollos... was well versed in the Scriptures. This man had been orally instructed in the way of Jehovah and, as he was aglow with the spirit, he went speaking and teaching with correctness the things about Jesus... When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him into their company and expounded the way of God more correctly to him.

I live in a rural place. There are people in small towns who take a pride in being inbred, untravelled and insular. I can't understand that. Nature works to broaden the gene pool. Healthy kids start rebelling when they reach adolescence. They're designed to leave home, choose a partner they're not related to and see the big wide world. I agree completely with the first three respondents.

yes I don't understand homeless people. i know that there are some that do not have a choice, I was one of them, and those i would love to help. but the homeless people that that are there because they want to be, I cannot understand, we have tried to help several, they take what is given to them and are back under the bridge the next time we see them.
several receive pensions of over a thousand dollars a month and they still live in a tent, on the river, and walk the streets like they are lost.

For the life of me I cant understand anything that has to do with white supremacy. When you look at the blood shed by the white man through out history, and as a Black man, you encounter {some} white people who look at you with hatred, fear, or are our raged at your presence. Wow, i cant understand why some whites hate Blacks like we enslaved, kidnapped, forced labor, raped and lynched them. I just don't get it, but I got 2 big guns.

I cant understand why ANYBODY would want to wear a suit.
Or be a robot, or want to be just like everybody else.
And why would anybody want to be a dictorial, genocidic Hitler, or sadam type person
And why would ANYONE of a sane mind want to strap explosives onto themselves and go kill as many "infidels" as possible? As long as these people are killing for their God, the world will never be safe. It seems that an almighty God could do his own killing if that was what he really wished.

I personally do not understand people that are so quick to point fingers at others and claim they are sinning or not really a follower of their religion because of that sin....have these people never did a wrong thing in their lives or what? Nobody is perfect, nobody is without sin. some people just hide it better. get a grip and look at yourself in the mirror....or better yet, look inside yourself and see what needs fixin before you try and point out others faults. nuff said.

Yep, I don't get this 'gangsta' thing. why be proud of not truly reaching for your potential? It seems to me these young men and woman are letting a few money hungry 'rappers' limit there personal growth. I enjoy a certain niche of music but it doesn't dictate how I function in society.
