Not really.

My dad was tall (5'10") and my mom was short (5'2"). I'm 5'5", my sister is 5'3" and our brother is 6'1".

So, it's a crap shoot.

My dads 6' 1" and my mum is little over 5', but i'm going powerful on 6' and still growing. I am a lad btw when you've got women then it wont subject, they may be as a minimum 5', good judgment says. You probably have lads then they are going to frequently come to be such as you, except they're unfortunate heightwise.

Well..my mom is short.. and all three of us kids turned out short. The dad was 5'10 and my mom was only 5 foot exactly. I'm 14 and now only 5 foot.. my sister is 22 and only 5 foot also. I'm not too sure about my brother though.. i think he's only 2 inches taller than me.. and he is 17.

Not necessarily, we have friends who's wife is 5' and husband 5'10" and their daughter is 5'9" and son is 6' 5", so who knows. I am 5'2" and hubby is 6'3", we have 3 grown children. One son is 5'10".....one is 6'2" and daughter is 5'8".
Have many friends that are both short and have kids over 6' tall.
Needless to say, what ever the height, its out of everyone's control.

Height is one of those polygenic traits. You could end up with kids of all different heights, depending on which alleles of several different pairs are passed down. It's not just a case of blending your heights. I'm 5-6 and my husband is 6-5, so I'm 11 inches shorter than he is ... just like your height difference. Our kids are 6-7, 6-7, and 6-4. None of them are even close to my height.

Genetics plays a part in the height of a person, but environment and nutrition are also a big factor. If both your parents are tall and you don't have adequate nutrition then that could stunt your growth.

You are both within normal height ranges, so I don't think you can say anything except your kids are *likely* to be of average height, whether they are boys or girls.

Unless you are trying to breed jockeys or basketball players, then height doesn't really matter. And since nobody would be silly enough to try to do that, it doesn't really matter.

It really depends on dominating genes. Look at her parents, grandparents and then at yours. How are the heights? It also depends on the gender as well as nutrition.
