iam curantly putiing back my top end after replacing some parts and now i cot to the belts. every thing is still seprate from the actual engine so i dont gota loosen anything. iam just having a hard time figuring out what belt goes where. please help.

Take the old belts to a parts store...have them look up the new ones and match them up as to which old belt matches the new belt for a/c, alternator, power steering..etc. Probably a good idea to replace the belts anyway.....Paul

Do yourself a favor and get either a Chilton or Haynes repair Manual for that particular car.You can get one from any auto parts store.You may have to order one since the vehicle is so old.You still have to loosen several things to replace and then tighten the belt tension.Such as Alternator, power steering pump and a/c compressor.
