i got a gateway notebook almost a year ago, but now the the charger doesn't work. it's not really the charger though, it's where you plug into the charger that's messed up. i'm very sure that the only thing that could fix this is replacing the laptop. i have the serial number, and i made the acount at gateway, and stuff like that. now howdo i get replace my laptop?

They wont replace it, they would simply ask you to sent it in and they will replace the parts thats faulty. You will need to contact their support department, once they ID teh fault, they will issue you with the return details
