AM or PM? US Central Time is an hour behind US Eastern Time; meaning that Noon occurs one hour earlier in the Eastern Time Zone than it does in the Central Time Zone.

7 PM Central Time is when prime time television programing begins, so I would consider that evening. 7 AM is obviously morning.

The question makes no sense. Central Time and Eastern Time are two different time zones.

Depends on whether it is Central or Eastern, and where you live. But if it is 7PM where you live, it is evening. Have a nice evening.
