The fastest way to get a billion dollars is to win the lottery a couple times, but the chances of that happening is almost impossible.
Better ways are getting into stock and investing.
Make your own company, or invent something genius that will be very useful (bill gates and microsoft).

This may not be a fast way but it's definitely the easiest and you don't have to work too much:
Get a loan from the bank for 100,000 dollars. (you can do less, but this would be best) Keep it in your bank account until the due date for the loan comes up. Pay it on the last day that you have to return the money, and your credit will sky rocket. You can now get a huge loan and will have your own money to start a real estate business. Easy, no?
