there are no specific guidelines, but if we're talking about penis size, average is supposedly (when hard) four and a half to 7 inches
different people are different sizes, and there is nothing you can do

Theres really not a certain size and age doesn't matter. It all come from your individuality. Whatever you do stay away from steriods because I hear that either make you small or make you not have one.
