At the top, it's the artic ocean.

At the middle, it's the Panama Canal.

At the bottom, it's Tierra del Fuego, or the Southern Ocean.

At the Panama Canal indirectly and the southern most tip of Africa directly. The confluence. The Southern most tip of South America goes into the Antarctic Ocean.
