I say the lip ring looks good and you can see it. The tongue has more risks involved and pain. You can have problems in the begining and later in life that show up with a tongue ring.

Going off of looks only, neither. I think they really detract from people's natural beauty. However, in an intimate setting, a tongue ring can mean all the difference between so-so and stellar.

Lip Ring <3 I was obsessed with lip piercings and thats why I got mine.
Tongue Ring is seen as a slutty piercings now, don't get it if you're a girl. It's pretty rad if a guy gets it.

As a 33 yr old woman, I think that a tongue ring is sexiest. It also doesn't have to be seen unless you choose it to be.
