Maybe cuz some plus-size people wearing 'sexy' bathing suits would be a sore sight to the public......

good question, I mean im not plus size but I am a bigger girl and nothing they make is really flattering, i don't know of any websites and i wouldn't recommend them bc you cant try things on... If anything, tjmax, marshalls and jcpennies carry a few cute bathing suits in larger sizes
also style wise try a tankini with boyshorts, thats what i like wearing bc they are cute, modest, and are more flattering for larger women

Delta Burke makes a very nice swimsuit for plus size ladies. The styles are very figure flattering and sexy.

I run across them all the time.
Venus swimwear makes hott swimwear, just try a search for plus size swimwear. Its finally getting to be summer. Wear as little as possible, and enjoy

How sexy? If you mean like normal, cute, somewhat sexy, you can try torrid.com
But if you mean like sexy, stripper, see through, bikini sexy...not sure if those types of things should be made in our sizes, I am also plus size, and love this website.

yes they do.. esp. in city beach.. but they're not really designers.. hmm..
