Post something that people want to buy and that there aren't tons of other items just like it. Take good clear photos and give good detailed descriptions. Make sure you check your email so you can answer questions people have in a timely manner. Either start the bidding low or have a reasonable "buy it now" price you are willing to sell your item for. Good luck!

I first of all check to see what items seem to be going at the time. Some items are just not sellers. I also check to see what other people are doing (the people that are getting bids). I always start at a really low bid with no reserve, but that could just be me. Pictures really seem to help.

a good photo always helps. second be sure to advertise it with a little bit of,pazazz. third don't be afraid to spend a couple extra bucks on your auction.fourth, and probably most importantly, make sure you give a good discription of the auction. I ebay alot, paypal is the way to go. Just a rough guess but 90% of people use it to pay for an item. also, sometimes things don't sell right away, be patient.

Make sure you spell what you are selling correctly.
You wouldn't believe how good of a deal one can get on a mispelled item, 'cuz nobody can find it!!!! I always look for mispellings so I can get cheap deals!!!

you MUST post a picture. i skip any auctions without a picture. if you are too lazy to post a picture, your item isn't worth my time.
