i dont know much about jews but i do know that muslim women get a v raw deal

You cannot generalise the treatment, it depends on the cultural educational and economical level of individual families. I have seen women treated better in many Muslim families in some Muslim Countries than Christian women. Similarly in some Jewish Ghettos women are treated badly also. This applies to all communities of all religions in the world.

Neither, they both are condescending to women, religion in general is. Egalitarian, natural societies treat women with equality.
When men put women down it is only a show of their weakness and fear.
Both genders have good attributes that can enhance our life experience, but somewhere along the way, something went wrong and men felt the need to dominate......

"Their women" is a little possessive.
Humans have the freedom to choose their religion. Any woman who isn't being treated well, is also choosing this when she chooses her religion.
