-the computer will not boot and can't log into the recovery console to attempt a repair- if I press F8 and select any of those selection it'll just restart & restart all over again..... hope you can help me...thx

Try to boot on safe mode and restore the system but most likely you will have to reinstall teh system.
To boot on saf emode, restart computer and press F8.

Suggest you go into Safe Mode and do a Windows Repair.
Here are notes on Safe Mode:
Turn your PC on or Restart. As soon as you see the black and white screen, press and hold the F8 key. Continue holding until you see a black and white menu. Safe Mode is F3 or F5.
Follow instructions for Windows Repair. When it is finished, click Restart. You will probably find your icons messed up. No biggee. Drag them back into place.
