so i just bought Banana Boat dark tanning oil with SPF 4 .. if i use it before i go tanning am i gonna get cancer or something?? can i use it on my face or is it going to cause pimples? am i gonna get super dark??? HELP!

Tanning in general is bad for your skin. And when you go out you should never use anything under spf 30.
