i got a pet fly a few hours ago and i was told they eat almost everything except vaceline that hurts their tummys but do they eat applesauce i wasnt sure because it might have pesticide in it and make them blind
anyone know?

Why in the world would you want a pet fly? They are nasty! If sh-- doesn't make them blind, then anything you can eat it can eat. Try feeding it fly spray.

applesauce is fine to feed a fly, all it needs is a little dab of it. I used to have a pet fly, if you poke a neddle between its wings it will not beable to fly any more and will make a better pet. but I must warn you it will die of old age in a day or two...

yeah its theyre favorite food ha ha ha...sorry but they probably do flys even eat poop theyre some of the most disgusting things/insects/animals ewwww
