I'd probably spend it on myself. Buy myself a house and car and some goodies and if there is anything left than i'll give some to my loved ones.

I would give 150 thousand to my grandmother, 100 thousand to my aunt and cousin, 500 thousand in my trust fund and the 200 thousand to my mother, and 50 thousand for me to go shopping.

i would buy a big house in California, with a big yard, finished basement, atic, and garage separate from the house, and cover moving expenses, and put what is left into savings for college
