should i watch it
some of my friends say it is kinda boring

Some parts kind of drag on. It contains material that you don't want to see the characters do. But, I'm figuring it was done so they can make more sequels.
The fights are cool. Helps break up the monotony.
It's a good movie, but not the best of the bunch.

As shown by the previous answers, it all really depends on taste. If your a big fan of the Spider-Man series you most likely won't be dissapionted. But then again... Some people loved the movie and some people thought it was so-so. Uassually because of other movies they have seen. Either better or worse.
If you have some friends and extra cash check it out.
If you don't mind being out of loup when people talk about it (for a short time proubly) and don't really care for the previous 2, see something else.

This movie is too boring all it did was just show a couple of scenes that took forever to be done and it is just too many special effects that made the movie seem fake

Its good considering what it had to live up to. Its just a bit overwhelming because so much happens in the 2 hours and 30 minutes. Its not as good as Spiderman 2 but I think you'll enjoy it more than the first one.

a bit coz of all the romanceing and stuff like it takes out a huge bite of time and the rest of the movie is just fight scenes and the best character performances were by the sandman and harry a.k.a the new goblin

boring? only when regular humans are on screen.
whenever the super heroes/villains are there, it's great.
and they were there enough for me to really enjoy it.
