Force yourself out of it. Get cleaned up, put on an outfit you like, turn on the lights and get movin'. Once you work your brain and get the muscles going your endorphins'll kick in and you'll be rollin' again. Coffee helps. Good luck.

Take a vacation even if only for a weekend. Cheap flights can be had if you're open to whatever destination. Especially last-minute deals to fill up a flight. It doesn't have to be far...or exotic....or a major tourist attraction. Just somewhere different. When you pick the destination, do a little research to see what interests you there: a museum, a popular restaurant, a garden, a shopping destination, scenery/nature (my favorite). Whatever invigorates you.

Think about how much crappier your life could potentially be. Look at what you have and say to yourself, "I can be doing more for the world." Then set some goals and get yourself through the troubling times with the idea that you won't give up no matter what stands in your way.

Motivation through internal dialog, by listening, or reading uplifting material.
By dealing directly with what got me in the rut...and making changes.
By helping other people through word or deed.
If you want to make yourself smile.... set out on making someone else smile. :)

I'm sure you've heard the saying.."If you always do, what you always did.
You always get what you always got"
I am battling the same battle, as you seem to be. I am trying to do a few things at least a little different in my daily routine. If you come up with some other good ideas, please share. Good Luck!
