I run into my room and yell into a pillow.
Sometimes I get a pencil and paper
and color really dark, I mean really dark.
I don't like cry or scream or through my fists.
-Well there was that one time I hit my desk, and
then karma just came back and I got a bruise..-
But usually I scream in my pillow..

I keep very cool and simply get intense. I logically lay out why the person is wrong, why I am right, and then I slap the ... oh, wait, that's MY MOM!!! ;)
