both I like to huge my pillow and sheets. I need somewhere to put my arms.

More comfort is in the pillow, for sure! I use a couple really soft, down pillows & I absolutely can't sleep without them. I even take them with me on vacation.

sheets. you can make pillows out of sheets if you REALLY wanted to.

I LOVE my pillow! it's a feather pillow and it's so comfy! :) (if I didn't know better- I'd sware this was GLeN. OK! I'll give it up! ha!ha!)
