Where the Wild Things Are, Summer of the Monkeys, & Where the Red Fern Grows :P

I also liked Where the Sidewalk Ends... still have that book and my son gets a good laugh at some of the poems.

The Rabbit, The Skunk, and the Scary Rock. I can't remember the name of the woman that wrote it, but I used to ask my grandmother to read it to me so much that the book fell apart. I have been looking for a copy of it for a long time, but no luck.
