Do pale blondes look ridiculous? Will I look bad if I stop tanning? Here are some examples:

The examples are not me, but celebrities. If you're a guy, judging by their pictures, would you hit that?

If you are a light blond, it is NORMAL to look pale. No harm in that. The extreme contrast between light blond hair and dark tanned skin is what can look ridiculous.

Paleness is hot, knowing that it is healthier and quite rare. And you'll age a lot better if you quit tanning. Don't worry about the lack of contrast between the skin and hair, but make sure your blonde has some gold tones in it so you don't look washed out. One other consideration is that a tan is useful to cover skin imperfections, so make sure you care for your skin properly. Beautiful, pale skin is worth maintaining. If you feel the need for a bit of color once in a while, use a daily sunless tanner. You'll look great- for a lot longer than the leather people.

How can anything naturally existing look ridiculous?
Of course not! Tanning is really bad for your skin anyways- lots of leathery, sun spotted 35 year olds from a lifetime of tanning...

You will most definitely NOT look bad if you stop tanning. Fair skin is considered beautiful especially in the modeling world. Also, tanning has its disadvantages. You will not look bad.

Go with your regular normal skin color because it's your naural beauty. OR if you REALLY need to look "tan" - use a face bronzer cream or powder.
