If you have to get up early to work or go to school, get all the stuff you need ready before going to bed. (The clothes your going to wear, polish your shoes, pick out the jewelry you'll use), if you don't have time to shower in the morning do it before bed. If you take a lunch, have it ready and in the fridge. You'll be amazed at all the time you'll save in the morning.

If you cant sleep, i suggest you eat something with carbohydrates. Like bread. And use the bathroom, for obvious reasons.
