IM not sure what i should do about my living situation. i have to move out of my apartment in 4 days. ive contacted two people to sublease from. my situation is im graduating in december and dont want to sign a 12 month lease or live off campus. the 1st person i talked to lives with 9 other girls and the rent is 300 plus utlilities. the 2nd place is a guy i know from work and i wouldnt have to sign a lease and the rent is 400 including utilities. what should i do?

You will have to choose the one that is most affordable, and least confinable. To me that sounds like your 400 from work.

not move from the apartment you are in now - make them take you to court - then move in with the guy you know after you save all the back rent you dont pay ^_^

Do you know any of the girls?
If you are a guy & the girls will have you as a room mate or a girl go with the girls.'
If you are a girl unless you know the guy extremely well it would be better to live with the girls.

400 with utilities is probably better in the long run.
